These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Faith & Future (faithandfuture.love), a Christian community platform operated by Faith & Future. By applying for membership, creating a profile, or using our services in any manner, you ("Member," "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1 Platform Role & Nature of Services

Faith & Future is a Christian community platform designed to help single adults of faith connect with others who share their values, beliefs, and desire for meaningful relationships. We provide a platform for community and connection—we do not personally introduce members, mediate relationships, or guarantee compatibility.

We facilitate introductions between members through our platform, but all relationships and interactions formed through our community are between the individuals involved, not between them and Faith & Future.

2 Eligibility & Account Requirements

  • Users must be 18 years of age or older
  • Users must provide accurate and truthful information
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • Faith & Future may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion

3 Member Profile & Content Responsibility

All profiles and content on Faith & Future:

  • Belongs solely to the member who creates it
  • Is provided at the member's sole discretion and responsibility
  • Must accurately represent the member's authentic self

Members are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and truthfulness of their profile information
  • All content they post, share, or communicate
  • Their interactions with other community members
  • Ensuring they meet our community values and guidelines

Faith & Future does not verify the identity or background of members.

4 Community Guidelines

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on Faith & Future. Violations may result in immediate account termination:

Harassment & Abuse

  • • Harassment, bullying, or threats
  • • Hate speech or discriminatory behavior
  • • Stalking or unwanted contact
  • • Verbal, emotional, or physical abuse

Illegal Activity

  • • Any illegal activity under federal, state, or local law
  • • Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
  • • Drug or substance abuse
  • • Human trafficking or exploitation

Misrepresentation

  • • Fake profiles or impersonation
  • • False or misleading information
  • • Using someone else's photos without permission
  • • Married individuals posing as single

Inappropriate Content

  • • Explicit, obscene, or pornographic content
  • • Nudity or sexually suggestive photos
  • • Violence or gore
  • • Spam, solicitations, or commercial advertising

Safety Violations

  • • Requesting or sharing personal info for illegal purposes
  • • Meeting minors in person
  • • Prostitution or escort services
  • • Any activity that endangers others

Faith Violations

  • • Anti-Christian or anti-faith ideologies
  • • Content contradicting our Christian values
  • • Blasphemous or disrespectful content
  • • Recruiting for other faiths or cults

Members who violate these guidelines will have their accounts immediately suspended.

5 Personal Safety & Meeting In Person

Members acknowledge that meeting people online and in person involves inherent risks. While we prioritize member safety, we cannot guarantee the behavior of other members.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, members voluntarily assume all risks associated with interacting with other members, including meeting in person. Always exercise caution and follow our safety guidelines.

6 Limitation of Liability

Faith & Future shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from or related to:

Interactions with other members
In-person meetings
Member conduct or behavior
Relationship outcomes
Content posted by members
Third-party actions

This limitation applies regardless of theory of liability.

7 Membership & Fees

Faith & Future may offer free and premium membership options. Details about current membership tiers and pricing are available on our website.

  • We offer both free and premium memberships
  • Premium features require a paid subscription
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, unless required by law
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

8 Background Checks

Faith & Future may, at its discretion, perform background checks on members. However:

Important: Background checks have limitations and do not guarantee member safety. Always exercise caution when interacting with others.

9 User Conduct & Compliance

Users agree to:

  • Use the platform lawfully
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal laws
  • Treat other members with respect and dignity
  • Follow our community guidelines and safety tips
  • Not engage in prohibited behaviors

10 Release & Waiver of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, members release, waive, and discharge Faith & Future, its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, or causes of action arising from or related to use of the platform or interactions with other members.

11 Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Faith & Future from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Their profile content
  • Their interactions with other members
  • Their use of the platform
  • Any claims arising from meetings or relationships
  • Any violation of community guidelines

12 No Warranties

Faith & Future is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

13 Termination

Faith & Future may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

14 Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Alabama, even if the user is located elsewhere.

15 Modifications

Faith & Future may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
